Burco ships from Grand Rapids, Michigan. Orders placed before 1 PM EST ship the same business day, and shipping is free on orders over $50.

Returns and exchanges

To be eligible for a return you must have purchased through Burco’s Business Direct programme. If you are not satisfied, you have 30 days from your order date to make a return — contact us to start one. Purchases made through a retailer or distributor are handled under that retailer’s own returns policy.

However it breaks — if your Redi Cuts® or Redi-Set-Go® replacement was professionally installed by a Burco Certified Installer and is registered within 60 days, the replacement is on us, for the life of the vehicle titled to the registrant.
